Quest: Intelligence gathering 6

Hi,
I tried to complete this quest but was not successfull. Not sure if I´m doing something incorrect, but I sent my scouts to the parish capital castle Macon but the quest was not marked as complete. Am I doing something wrong?

First, make sure the quest is displayed at top of the screen and active. Many new players will click the quest and open it (thinking its active) . You can only have 1 quest active at a time, even if others are opened

Second, perhaps your scouts died. check the report

Also if parish has no steward then quest fails.( i think )
