I control a parish but I do not know how to earn resources for the parish if someone explains how I would be grateful.

You don't earn resources for your parish you purchase them. If you click on your parish icon then click on the merchant icon in your toolbar you can purchase them but only directly from your parish itself. So in order to purchase them you must have gold in the parish and the required resource in the parish market.
