Multiple Accounts in Dom?

I've noticed that plenty of certain players are more willing and even more obvious about using multiple accounts more in Domination than in other worlds. Will something eventually be done about this, or can we just assume nothing will until Oops! Too late! Domination is over! For example.... Entire factions of Multiple Account users. You harassed some players in the Suns of Beaches faction, and got attacked/raided in retaliation.
Then, you foolishly continued with your hostility. It should be no surprise to have the faction unleash its wrath upon you.
So, now you claim that it involves multi-accounts. I think not.
