usa1 parish votes disappeared

peoria parish, north illinois. clicked on my name, votes disappeared, no one got added votes, now vote count at zero. what gives? couple weeks ago lost about 200 card points to server outage on W7. server went down right after I played them.
getting very frustrated with glitches and no recompensation or adjustment to losses by firefly.

Try posting a ticket in the support, has never helped me or any other player in the history of this game but is always worth a try.
