How fast are fully upgraded scouts

someone from 3 parishes over sends 3 scout parties to mine.
takes them under 4 minutes to reach my parish, one party took over 3k iron
next took over 300 clothes
next took over 300 metalware

at the same time!!

my scouts at 6x speed and 3x times load cant even reach the stash in my own parish that fast, let a lone carry away over 300 banquet items or 3k resource item

what kind of h$cks are they running

so monks help move scouts 10 x faster then normal fully maxed speed scouts and carry twice as much as maxed load? wonderful
