what happens at the end of the world

does the world get reset or just simply shut down ?
will we have a new world to go to then if so??

People will either move to an already existing world, a new world or quit!

That depends, the winning house can choose to continue or close the world. Be interesting to see if they choose to continue and what new rules would apply. So far that has not yet happened.
I hope they choose to continue, W7 is a good world to play in.

every completed glory round the number of royal towers gets reduced to a minimum of 20. At that level its possible for any organised house to capture all of them and end the world claiming the prize. Worlds usually end very quickly unless a group of players uses glory quests to get themselves into a silver prize position

I monitor most of the English speaking servers. The Final AGE/ERA has ended when the dominant house is happy with the position of the remaining houses in the glory race. Taking 60 towers has never been a limitation. For the most part those players that win prizes waited for a new world to open. That has changed since the introduction of ERA worlds. Some of us have no interest in participating on an ERA server.
