Neutral House

Is there a neutral house on W7? On W6, H8 was always seen as a neutral, farmer house and were respected as such by almost everyone. Is there an equivalent on W7?

Age 2 has just started and not aware of any neutral houses, no one is fighting yet but that can chage very quickly

The only time alliance is needed is in this world but it seems each english house is happy to sit back and watch the others invaded and conquored by h9 hoping they wont be next. I reckon in 4 weeks time the map will be pink and white.
