purchasing new land

Hi guys when purchasing new land is there a way to see or choose your grounds outlay before you purchase it... eg .... I would like land that can have fishing? Thanks

Yes. When you purchase the land you will be given the option of what village type you want. You will be shown a list so just click what ever type of village you want.
