looking for faction in either house 16 or 19

i am currently level 11 or yeoman and have 1 village in devon.

i would perfer a house in house 16 though

If your in Devon i would recommend House 19, they are the most powerful house there and the most likely to help you, but you need to level up more/ expand to more than one village before either will likely admit you.
