Keep getting RemoteException error-Html returned....

is anyone else having this problem trying to log on? It's been like this for the past 20 minutes now, and it's annoying me. I'm new to the game, so i don't know if this is what the down-time/server-updates look like? any help would be appreciated.

This was caused by a short term server issue on World 7 which has now been resolved.
