Banqueting goods will only appear after the world/areas have been open for a certain amount of time. They are time dependent. Sorry.

do we have a rough timescale as ireland has been open just over a week

If I'm not mistaken.... banquet goods should start appearing in the 2nd week....

Banquet goods started spawning like 9-10 days into the world when I first spawned.
