Looking for faction in house 10

What the title says really. I have research on most nearly maxed out. Just slowly increasing my military power now. Am extremely active so yes, msg me here or in game please. I am based in north wales.

A faction that gives its members tips / hints and help would be ideal and what I am looking for.

I can use IRC so if any faction uses that, it would be great!

You are only a knight, so how can you have almost every research maxed out?
