German World 1-2-3-4

Dear Firefly-Team,

I would like suggest something and perhaps it will provide ample food for thought.
Everyone who plays on a German World knows the following problem:
player shortage
On some worlds play only 2000 or less active player. Not enough to colonize the world.
Not enough that new counties will open quickly (World 4).

There will be no future for the German worlds if nothing will change.
Firefly starts a great server with the KI-World. The new Europe World 3 has started, but EU1 and EU2 are still in the first epoch. There are more and more worlds, but new server will bring absolutely nothing for the German Worlds.
It is clear that Firefly does not take the entire blame, but they alone can change this situtation.

Some suggestions:
- introduction of a new German smaller world, with German kingdoms
- begin of this world is in the fifth epoch (Why fifth epoch? In many meetings we talk, the 5th age are more interresting and varied as the other four ages)
- closure of the Worlds 1, 2, 3 and 4 for new players ( that would solve the problem with the so-called terror-accounts)


I would be interested in your opinion about it and if this suggestions would be implemented.
