In the Second Age, once a building is deleted from a capital, the capital does NOT retain the bonus from the upgraded building.

Here is a good question for you how do I get my MONEY back now that the game has turned to S H I T ran out of stone rebuilding my keeps all the time and with the powers that be in this world no player can do anything with them hamstring everyone now not to add the threat to use an ADMIN term "being reset" when you take control of a parish.

The game has become not a fun place to play.
