IA attack

The reasoning is that attacks by Enemy Siege camps are set amounts of troops which increases with your rank. As a low ranked new player the attacks are small and really can't do a lot of damage or cost you much honour. While another player attacking you could, if they wanted, send a much larger attack.

Personally I would prefer them not to be able to attack, but some players complained about that because they wanted the honour from defending and of course if you aren't attacked during the 3 day peace it can be a shock to be attacked after that time since you are a higher rank and the attack will be larger.
