Problem with the login in the stronghold forum

Hi all,one of my friend have a problem with the login in the forum of stronghold kingdoms,from 3 weeks he can't post,see or reply.So I write for him.He say that when he try to login into the forum an error say "the specified username is currently inactive".Anyone know any fix or what do to about to resolve this?

He sent already 3 ticket but nothing of helpfull

And there is no way to "forgive" him ?

He can create a new account but his current forum account is permanently blocked.
