It's not just H18 players that are doing this, y'know.

I think that you should earn votes.

e.g
destroying a wolf castle gets you 10 votes
destroying a pig castle gets you 8 votes
destroying a snake castle gets you 6 votes
destroying a rat castle gets you 4 votes
destroying a bandit camp gets you 4 votes
destroying a wolf lair gets you 2 votes

what do you guys think?

What if the one who does it is outside of the Parish and County? Do they get votes in their Parish, or get them in the one where the AI's are located? Hmmm? ;)

if it gets destroyed from outside the parish then no votes are given out unless you have a village in that parish

Well, in that case, I'd recommend the attack must come from your own village in the Parish, so it's not an easy choice to do it for votes, and if it is done, you would be placing yourself in danger. That way it would be more of a strategy then just a simple attack whatever shows up.

you misunderstand
The vote are available to use, not just immediately implemented to you

How else could they be used? For other players that you can send votes for in a Parish you're not in? I can't see the recommendation go any other way.
