[Resolved] Needs warning on Castle Building

So in one place, can't remember where, it talks to the fact that village buildings may be destroyed for full refund if the building is not built, and half resources if the building is built. (which I've proven)
This didn't appear to be the case with village castles.

And by the warning flag I just got, not the case even for parish villages.

I think the wiki should be updated in several places to reflect this behavior, because it's inconsistent and people might fall down the trap like I did.

Additionally the "delete constructing" on the castle build should inform either return materials or not.
