Password probs

I started this game years ago but years ago on world 6 and have played loyally since. However my old email address was closed down and i have tried a number of times to get firefly to change my email address, a simple thing, and they wont do it.
So now i find out firefly have given away our email and passwords and possibly card details etc to criminals, awesome thanks guys. doesnt matter because i dont have that email anymore, and i have always been unable to make my own purchases in the game. woohoo

next i get message when logging into the game, that i havent reset my password recently (i did it a few weeks ago) and i need to do it, click here to request reset to email.

i click and it sends to the email i havent used for years and years.

theres not a single company in the world i know who forces users to regularly change their passwords or get booted out of their own accounts.

so now im locked out of my own account that i have built up years and years of gaming (beelingus) have all my cards and card points and development, and firefly just punsih me -: "we are loose with your password so now were going to lock you out of your own account because of our own rediculous policy to try and make you think were not so loose with your data anymore." not loose, you blocked me from my own account for god sake..... it feels like firefly saying - thanks for the fun bee, bye lol.

well geez thanks firefly. heres an idea, maybe an option that lets someone change their email address when there email gets shutdown, without needing the email thats been shut down!!! idiots.
