Why we play SHK's

I have identified the primary reason behind our obsession with this game

I returned to SHK's from a 6 month break playing another MMO.

Within 48hrs of my return I had mail from 13 different players , of which 5 were strangers to me (possible new friends in the future). SHK's is an incredible easy game to meet new friends from all over the world. No other MMO I have ever played has offered me that experience and I have played a whole lot of top MMO's

Now only if Firefly would capitalize on that aspect of this game and implement a universal chat window among all MMO's. Such an update would allow players like me to speak at a moments notice and help players alike with questions about the game while I play

Seriously the current chat system is really bad (sorry FF)

please make a priority to copy the existing global MMO system of chat and make it part of this game

The mail and chat systems definitely do need a radical overhaul and would instantly improve elements of the game.
