Ban russians or make a server only for them

I started to play from 2 days. But surprise, my country, Romania, is full of russians. As a romanian I cannot have a normal playtime from this game. My country is and will be under occupation.

Because of russians aggresive nature, they expand to nearby countries and destroy playtime satisfaction for many players. I require to take action and ban all russians. You can make a server only for them where they can occupy each others as much as they want.
