Villagers should be talkative, they don't need to say much, 3 unique things per type of walker would be fine when clicked on, as well as weather, disease, attack, bandit, wolf, so forth comments common to all of them but not overly spoken...

also, markets could be made more important to a village if you had a buff for buildings the closer they are to a market, villagers would like to be somewhere between the town hall and market? resource producing buildings would get a +.005 buff when a market was within 0-7 inches? Would villagers be happier with more markets too maybe? markets are good for villages irl so why not make them important in the game too?
