A castle editor and a town editor would be nice to make plans for towns and better plan castles. I'm sure this has been requested before though.

A better way to pick up oil pots or move them would be great too.

It would also be nice for them to add new siege weaponry (like trebuchets and other medieval weaponry)

A better town management system would be good too. One that included an auto voting option to reduce mindless clicking.
