New card: Royal Outriders: Honor circle increased 200%. 12 hours. Honor circle shared simultaneously and is persistent around all held villages, held capitals and current vassals. Triple diamond, 200 card point cost.

This means that your 01 village can attack a target outside its honor circle which is instead, for example, inside your 02 village and you still get honor. This means any village can interact at will with any honor circle anywhere in your domain or around your vassals.
